  • Raindrop Technique

    • Our signature treatment was developed by the essential oils company Young Living. Essential oils are applied to the spine and feet for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. They are dispensed in small, rain-like drops about 6 inches above the body.

  • Swedish Massage

    • The Swedish massage is a common massage that utilizes movements such as kneading, vibration, tapping, and rolling to stimulate blood flow which in turn energizes the body.

  • Deep Tissue Massage

    • Similar to Swedish massage but with slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia.

    • Similar to a Swedish massage, except for a few modifications with body positioning and the inclusion of a body pillow to ensure the safety and comfort of the mother and baby.

    • A specially customized version of your desired massage designed specifically to target any deep muscle tension and pain causing you discomfort.   • Hot Stone Massage

    • This involves the use and placement of Basalt River rocks on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and then applied for deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort. (Temperature between 120-135 degrees F).
